We mill our Glock RMR cuts to a depth of .125″. We also mill out front recoil posts, this also aids in securing the optic in place.
It is recommended to send in your slide completely stripped. This saves us a lot of time, which brings the lead times down.
This is for Glocks only. Our RMR cuts don’t work for the following Glock models; 17L, 41. 42, 43, 43x. 48. (smaller slides)
IF YOU ARE MOUNTING AN RMR THAT IS NOT HOLOSUN OR TRIJICON. YOU MUST SEND IN THE OPTIC TO US SO WE CAN FIT IT!
NOTICE: For Glocks we do not require sending in the guns fully stripped. Please note though, we are not responsible for any parts lost or broken from removing them from the frame/slide etc.
If you send in your RMR red dot, we will properly install it to the correct torque spec.
We insert a new channel liner anytime a Glock slide gets Cerakoted.
IF YOU ARE GETTING MULTIPLE CUTS DONE ON THE SAME SLIDE, CHOOSE NONE FOR ONE OF THE OPTIONS FOR COATING.
There is roughly a 2-4 week lead time increase with DLC/PVD coatings. The bronze color may take longer. THIS LEAD TIME IS AFTER WE ARE DONE WITH MACHINING YOUR PART. If there is an issue going on at the DLC/PVD facility, we will notify you that it might take a little longer. While this is rare, shit happens sometimes. If you want something fast, choose Cerakote instead since we do that in house.
MAKE SURE TO CHOOSE EITHER LOCAL DROP OFF OR FIREARMS CUSTOMIZATION (YOU SHIP TO US & PROVIDE A RETURN LABEL FOR US TO SEND IT BACK) AT CHECKOUT. IF CHOOSING TO DROP OFF, YOU MUST CONTACT TO SCHEDULE.
